نضع الحليب في الضنجرة حتي يغلي

Before it boils, we add a cup of vinegar.

و قبل الغلي نضع كاس الخل

Then we strain it until it is completely drained and transfer it to the blender.

ثم نقوم بوضعه في المصفي حتي يصفي تماما ثم نضعه في الخلاط

We blend it well until it is ready for storage.

نضيف اللبن وزيت الزيتون والخميرة إلى العجان.

Gradually add the warm water while mixing until a soft, cohesive dough forms

نضيف الماء بالتدريج أثناء العجن حتى نحصل على عجينة طرية ومتماسكة.

Let the dough rest for 1 to 1.5 hours until it doubles in size.

نترك العجينة ترتاح لمدة ساعة او ساعة ونصف حتى تتضاعف في الحجم.

نضيف الأرز المصري إلى الماء ونطبخه حتى يصبح شبه ناضج.

Once the rice is nearly cooked, we pour the full-fat milk over it.

بعد أن يبدأ الأرز في النضج، نصب الحليب الكامل الدسم فوقه.

We mix the honey with the milk and rice to provide a balanced sweetness.

نخلط العسل مع الحليب والأرز لإضفاء حلاوة متوازنة.

We add the cream on top of the mixture to impart a creamy texture and rich flavor.

نضيف القشطة فوق الخليط لإضفاء قوام كريمي ونكهة غنية.

We mix everything thoroughly using a spoon to ensure the flavors are well combined.

We add 3 tablespoons of starch dissolved in a little water to the mixture.

We place the bowls in a baking dish and add hot water around them (water bath).

We place the baking dish in a preheated oven (around 200°C) and bake until the top becomes golden.

ندخل الصينية إلى الفرن المسخّن مسبقاً على حرارة مناسبة (مثلاً 200°) ونخبز حتى يتحمر الوجه.

We add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the egg.

We add 0.5 cup of corn oil to the mixture.

We use a hand blender to blend all the ingredients until a smooth, homogeneous sauce is achieved.

نخلط جميع المكونات الجافة والسائلة (الطحين، الحليب الدافئ، الزعتر، الماء، زيت الزيتون والملح) ونعجنها جيداً حتى تتكون عجينة متماسكة.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes so that the flavors meld and the texture sets.

نغطي العجينة ونتركها ترتاح لمدة نصف ساعة حتى تمتزج النكهات ويتماسك القوام.

We roll out the dough and form it into evenly sized circles using a cutter or our fingers.

نفرد العجينة ونستخدم قالبًا أو أصابعنا لتشكيل دوائر متساوية الحجم.

We roll each circle to create a distinct shape for the pie.

نقوم بلف كل دائرة لإعطاء شكل مميز للفطيرة.

We neatly place the rolled circles in the baking pan.

نرتب الدوائر الملفوفة في صينية الخبز بشكل متناسق.

We add feta cheese inside or on top of each piece as desired.

نضع جبنة فيتا داخل كل قطعة من الدوائر أو فوقها حسب الرغبة.

We brush or drizzle olive oil over the pie to add a rich flavor and a crispy touch during baking.

ندهن الفطيرة بزيت الزيتون لإضفاء نكهة غنية ولمسة مقرمشة عند الخَبز.
