We add the chopped tomatoes to the same pot along with the tomato paste, chicken broth cube, and water. We let the mixture come to a boil, then cover the pot, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

We remove the chicken from the heat and set it aside, then we add the rice and water to the pot and let it boil. After that, we reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it cook for 15 minutes until the rice is done.

We add the meat and stir for a few minutes, then we add the tomato juice and tomato paste, and we add all the spices and let it simmer.

We put hot water on the meat and press it for 30 minutes, then we take the rice that has been soaked for 15 minutes in warm water and place it on the meat. If it is cooked, we add more water and raise the heat until the water reduces, then we lower the heat and cover the pot for ten minutes before serving.

نضع علي صدور الفراخ المقطعة التوابل و معلقتين نشا و ندخلها الثلاجة نصف ساعة

We prepare the sauce and add a cup of water to it along with two tablespoons of cornstarch, and we stir them.

نجهز الصلصه و نضيف كوب ماء عليه معلقتين نشا و نقلبهم

In a pan with oil, we add the chicken and stir it until its color changes.

في مقلاه زيت و نضيف الدجاج و نقلبه الي ان يتغير لونه

In a pan, add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic.

We stir the vegetables and add the sauce, mixing them until the vegetables wilt, then we add the chicken.

In a pressure cooker, we put oil, whole spices, onion, and garlic, then the meat, black pepper, ground coriander, coarse salt, bell pepper, and chili pepper.

في قدر ضغط نضع الزيت والبهارات الصحيحة والبصل والثوم ثم اللحم والفلفل الأسود والكزبرة المطحونة وملح خشن والفلفل الرومي والفلفل الحار

We add water and leave it on the fire until the meat's clarity shows.

نضع ماء طبيعي ونتركه على النار حتى يظهر لنا صفو اللحم

We take it out and then press on the meat for half an hour.

نشيله بعدها نضغط على اللحمة إلى مدة نص ساعة

(I used American Abu Suyouf rice) I soaked it in hot water for half an hour. After the meat is cooked, we add the rice and press it down for 15 minutes on low heat.

في القدرنضع فنجان زيت دوار الشمس او زبده وبصل

We darken it and add chopped bell pepper, black lemon, and whole spices.

We put the meat in and let it sauté until it takes on the color of the onions. Then, we add the tomatoes and tomato paste, along with coriander, cumin, turmeric, curry, black pepper, two cubes of Maggi broth, and a little salt. We let it simmer.

ننزل اللحم ونخليه ينحمس الي ان ياخذ لون البصل وانزل الطماطم والمعجون الطماطم و نضيف الكزبرة، الكمون، الكركم، الكاري، فلفل اسود وحبتين مرقة ماجي وشوية ملح ونتركها تتسبك

We cover the meat with hot water and press it for 30 to 35 minutes.

نغطي اللحم بالماء الحار واضغط عليه 30دقيقه الى 35

We soak the rice in warm water for 15 minutes, and when the meat is cooked, we add the rice to it.

الرز ننقعه 15 دقيقه بماء دافي واذا استوى اللحم ننزل الرز عليه

You raise the heat until the water reduces, the bubbles appear, then you press down on it, lower the heat, and count 10 minutes for the rice, and enjoy.

ترفعون النار الي ان تقل المياه وتطلع الفقعات وتضغطون عليه وتقصرون النار وتحسبون 10دقائق للرز وبالعافية.

**Preparation of Chicken Breasts**: Cut 1 kg of chicken breasts into medium-sized pieces, then dice the onion and bell pepper into small cubes, and chop them along with garlic and ginger.

تحضير صدور الدجاج: قطع كيلو صدور الدجاج إلى قطع متوسطة الحجم.
تقطيع الخضروات: قطّع البصل والفلفل الرومي إلى مكعبات صغيرة، وافرمهما مع الثوم والزنجبيل.

In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of butter (you can increase the amount as needed) and add one tablespoon of oil. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft and golden brown.

في مقلاة، سخّن ملعقتين كبيرتين من الزبدة (يمكنك زيادة الكمية حسب الحاجة) وأضف إليها ملعقة كبيرة من الزيت.
أضف البصل المقطع وقلبه حتى يذبل ويتحول لونه إلى الذهبي.

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the onions and continue stirring until the aromas are released. Then, add the diced bell pepper to the skillet and keep stirring until it is cooked through.

إضافة الثوم والزنجبيل
أضف الثوم والزنجبيل المفرومين إلى البصل واستمر في التقليب حتى تبدأ الروائح في 
الخروج ثم نقوم بإضافة الفلفل الرومي  المقطع إلى المقلاة واستمر في التقليب حتى ينضج.

Add one teaspoon each of garam masala, paprika, black pepper, cumin, dried coriander, and curry powder. Stir the ingredients well to distribute the spices. Then, add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir until they are coated with the spices and begin to cook.

أضف ملعقة صغيرة من كل من بهارات المسالا، البابريكا، الفلفل الأسود، الكمون، الكزبرة الناشفة، الكاري، قلب المكونات جيداً لتتوزع التوابل
ثم اضف قطع الدجاج إلى المقلاة وقلّب حتى تتغلف بالتوابل وتبدأ في النضج.

Add the tomato paste to the chicken, then add three chopped tomatoes. Stir the ingredients well and let them cook for a few minutes. Then, add the cashews to the skillet, followed by a can of yogurt, and mix everything thoroughly.

إضافة معجون الطماطم والطماطم
أضف معجون الطماطم إلى الدجاج، ثم أضف ثلاث حبات طماطم مفرومة.
قلب المكونات جيداً واتركها تطهى لبضع دقائق
ثم نقوم  بإضافة الكاجو  إلى المقلاة، ثم أضف علبة اللبن وقلب المكونات جيداً.

Add one cup of cooking cream and one cup of water. Let the mixture simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.

أضف كوباً من كريمة الطبخ وكوباً من الماء.
اترك الخليط على النار حتى ينضج الدجاج ويتكثف الصوص.

Serve the butter chicken with rice or bread, and garnish the dish with fresh coriander if desired. If you prefer a richer flavor, you can increase the butter to 3 tablespoons according to your taste.

قدم البتر تشيكن مع الأرز أو الخبز، وزين الطبق بالكزبرة الطازجة إذا رغبت.
إذا كنت تفضلين زيادة كمية الزبدة لتصبح أكثر دسامة، يمكنك زيادة الكمية إلى 3 ملاعق كبيرة حسب الذوق.

في قدر الضغط، أضع الزيت مع البهارات الصحيحة مع البصل والثوم. بعد أن يذبل البصل، أضيف اللحم ثم أضع الفلفل الأسود، الكزبرة المطحونة، الملح، الفلفل الرومي، والفلفل الحار. أضيف الماء الطبيعي وأغلق القدر، ثم أتركه على النار حتى يظهر صفو اللحم، وأقوم بإزالته

After that, I pressure cook the meat for 30 minutes, after soaking it in hot water for 30 minutes

بعد ذلك اضغط على اللحمة إلى مدة 30 دقيقة نقعته في ماء حار لمدة 30 دقيقة

After the meat is cooked, I add the rice and pressure cook it for 15 minutes on low heat. Enjoy your meal
