In a pressure cooker, add oil with whole along with onions and garlic. Once the onions soften, add the meat, followed by black pepper, ground coriander, salt, bell pepper, and chili pepper. Add natural water and close the cooker, then let it cook until the foam from the meat appears, and remove it
