  • 6Psc.eggs
  • 1CupMix cheese
  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Oregano
  • 0.25To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteMozzarella
  • 1CupOlive oil

Steps

    Cut the croissants in half and create a small cavity in each half for the filling

    Whisk the eggs with the cheese mix, oregano or thyme, black pepper, paprika, and salt until well combined.

    Fill the croissant cavities with the mixture

    Add the mozzarella and olive oil as shown in the video

  5. 5

    Preheat the oven to 180°C for a crispier texture or 160°C for a golden color and bake longer until the eggs are set.

    Remove from the oven and serve warm.

    Note: Grease the mold with olive oil before placing the croissant pieces.
