Ingredients

  • 100Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
  • 0.5CupMinced parsley
  • 0.5CupChopped dill
  • 5ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Coarse salt
  • 2Psc.Tomato
  • 1To TasteMint
  • 1Psc.Mozzarella balls
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Balsamic Glaze
  • 1Psc.Prepared focaccia dough

Steps

    Mix the melted butter with the crushed garlic, parsley, dill, and coarse salt.

    After kneading and resting the focaccia dough, spread or stuff it with the butter mixture.

    Let the dough rise again until it becomes puffy.

    Use your fingertips to make dimples on the surface of the dough, then bake it in a hot oven until golden and fully cooked.

    While it’s baking, finely chop the tomatoes and mint, and season them with a little coarse salt.

    Once the focaccia is out of the oven, spread the tomato and mint mixture on top, add pieces of fresh mozzarella, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
