In the pot, place a cup of sunflower oil or butter and onion.

We darken it and add chopped bell pepper, black lemon, and whole spices.

We put the meat in and let it sauté until it takes on the color of the onions. Then, we add the tomatoes and tomato paste, along with coriander, cumin, turmeric, curry, black pepper, two cubes of Maggi broth, and a little salt. We let it simmer.
