  • 1Grams (g) Fennel
  • 3Psc.Bay Leaf
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Clove
  • 1PinchGinger powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Turmeric powder
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chinese Cubeb
  • 1PinchRed chili flakes
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Rose Buds
  • 2Psc.Galangal

Steps

    Put all the whole spices (cardamom, dried rose, fennel, bay leaves, galangal, cloves) in a food processor or spice grinder.

    Grind the ingredients well until fine

    Transfer the ground spices into a bowl.

    Add the ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, Chinese cubeb , crushed red pepper

    Mix all the spices thoroughly until well combined.

    Store the spice mix in an airtight glass jar in a dry place
