    We put the oil in the pot, then add the onion and let it cook until it turns golden, stirring continuously. Then we add the pepper, dried lime, cinnamon stick, and cloves.

    We add the meat and stir for a few minutes, then we add the tomato juice and tomato paste, and we add all the spices and let it simmer.

    We put hot water on the meat and press it for 30 minutes, then we take the rice that has been soaked for 15 minutes in warm water and place it on the meat. If it is cooked, we add more water and raise the heat until the water reduces, then we lower the heat and cover the pot for ten minutes before serving.
