Ingredients
- 6PacketPuff Pastry
- 2CupMilk
- 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Custard Powder
- 4CupSugar
- 0.25CupPowdered sugar
- 6Tablespoons (tbsp)Blueberry Filling
- 1Psc.Yolk

Dissolve the custard powder in ¼ cup of cold milk until fully dissolved.

Add the remaining milk and place the mixture on the stove, stirring continuously until it boils and thickens.

Once thickened, let the custard cool to room temperature.

Cut the puff pastry squares using a circular cutter.

Make a deep circle in the center of each piece without reaching the bottom.

Make small holes in the center circle with a fork.

Brush the edges of the puff pastry with egg yolk.

Bake the puff pastry in the oven at 200°C (392°F) until golden brown

After removing from the oven, let the puff pastries cool completely before filling.

Once cooled, press the center to make space for the filling.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the puff pastry.

Fill each puff pastry with custard, leaving space for the blueberries.

Place the filled puff pastries in the fridge for 3 hours to chill properly.

Before serving, add blueberries on top.
