  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken Breast

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 0.5Psc.Lemon juice
  • 2Psc.Bread
  • 1CupPickled cucumber
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1CupPomegranate molasses

Steps

    Cut chicken breasts into strips.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan then Sauté the chicken strips until fully cooked.

    Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. Add red onion to the pan and sauté lightly.

    Return the chicken to the pan with the sautéed onion.

    Season the chicken with sumac, black pepper, and salt.

    To prepare the tahini sauce, mix yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.

    Spread a layer of tahini sauce on the bread. Add the chicken, pickled cucumber and onion mixture over the sauce.

    Add pomegranate molasses then Roll the bread tightly.

    Toast the sandwiches in the same pan until lightly browned.
