We season the thinly sliced chicken breast with salt, black pepper, red pepper, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, and ginger powder.

We add two tablespoons of olive oil and the juice of half a lemon to the marinated chicken.

We mix well until the chicken is fully coated in the marinade.

We heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over high heat.

We place the chicken in the pan, spreading it evenly without stirring right away to allow it to brown on one side

We flip the chicken to the other side and let it cook halfway through.
