Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, we put the grated carrots, walnuts, and a spoonful of cinnamon, then mix them well.

In another bowl, we place the room-temperature eggs with the vanilla and whisk them well. Next, we gradually add the brown sugar while mixing.

Then, we add the vegetable oil and mix well. We gradually add the room-temperature milk while continuing to mix.

Combine the Ingredients: We add the dry mixture we prepared earlier (carrots, walnuts, cinnamon). Then, we add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda, folding gently from top to bottom until well combined.

Baking: We grease the baking pan with oil and flour. We pour the batter into the pan. We place the pan in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Enjoy your cake
