In a pressure cooker, we put oil, whole spices, onion, and garlic, then the meat, black pepper, ground coriander, coarse salt, bell pepper, and chili pepper.

We add water and leave it on the fire until the meat's clarity shows.

We take it out and then press on the meat for half an hour.

(I used American Abu Suyouf rice) I soaked it in hot water for half an hour. After the meat is cooked, we add the rice and press it down for 15 minutes on low heat.
