In a pot, melt a tablespoon of butter and add two tablespoons of flour. Stir in two cups of milk and cook until the mixture thickens and starts to boil. Once it reaches that consistency, add a tablespoon of liquid cream and a tablespoon of regular cream, mixing well. Then, add two hot chili peppers and one garlic clove, continuing to stir to combine the flavors.

To prepare the chicken, finely chop two onions and three cloves of garlic. Then, grind a chicken into small pieces. Heat the onions and garlic in a pan until they soften, then add the ground chicken and let it brown slightly. Add a mix of spices (curry, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder), along with a tablespoon of tomato paste. Allow the mixture to simmer until it thickens, then add the bell peppers and any leafy greens you prefer, letting them cook together to combine the flavors.

To prepare the dish, boil 1.5 liters of water in a pot, adding butter, a Maggi cube, and salt. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook it. After the pasta is done, add the cooked chicken, and stir them together. For a more structured presentation, you can skip the stirring and arrange everything neatly in a baking dish. This method keeps the dish looking tidy while still combining the flavors well.
