- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 0.5Psc.Lemon zest
- 0.5CupFlour
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder

We mix the butter and sugar in a mixer until combined, then add the egg, vanilla, and lemon zest, continuing to mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.

We gradually add the flour with the baking powder and knead until we obtain a firm dough. Then, we divide a portion of the dough and place it in the refrigerator.

We roll out the remaining dough in the tart pan and make holes with a fork on the surface. Then, we spread the jam over the dough, and finally, we grate the remaining dough over the jam.

We bake the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for twenty minutes with the heat coming from the bottom. Then, we turn on the heat from the top for an additional two minutes until the top is golden brown.

Note: The butter and eggs should be at room temperature. You can use any type of jam.
