  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1Psc.Aniseed grains

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar

Steps

    Sift one and a half cups of flour, then add 1/4 cup of sugar, a teaspoon of baking powder, and a teaspoon of caraway. Mix them well

    Add two tablespoons of Dulce milk powder and mix the dry ingredients thoroughly

    Pour in 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and a tablespoon of olive oil, then add a beaten egg with a little white vinegar.

    To infuse the anise flavor, boil three tablespoons of whole anise seeds in a small cup of water on the stove.

    Strain the boiled anise through a fine strainer, then use the anise water for kneading

    Knead the mixture well until you get a firm dough that doesn’t require rising

    Roll out the dough and cut it as desired, then reshape the extra dough pieces and knead again to make new shapes.

    Arrange the cookie pieces on a baking sheet, and bake them in the oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden from the bottom and top.
