Banana Tahini Cake
Ingredients
- 120Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5CupBrown sugar
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
- 3Psc.eggs
- 2Psc.Banana
- 0.25CupMilk
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1PinchSalt
- 1.5CupFlour
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 1PinchSesame
- 1CupDates syrup

Place the softened butter in a bowl.

Add the brown sugar and rub the mixture well until smooth.

Add the tahini and mix until smooth.

Break the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla while continuing to beat.

Peel the bananas and mash them well, then add the milk and mix them together.

Add the banana and milk mixture to the previous mixture and mix well.

Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt, then add them in three batches to the batter and mix until the flour is no longer visible.

Grease the mold with tahini and sprinkle sesame seeds on the bottom and sides.

Pour the cake batter into the mold and spread it evenly.

Place the mold in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes until the cake is cooked and golden in color.

Once cooled, garnish with date molasses and cut.
