We place all the ingredients in a large bowl.

We will boil the chicken breasts in 2 liters of water with cinnamon, bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, salt, and spices. Once the chicken is cooked, we will remove it and shred it into thin strips. We will reserve the stock.

We will heat 1/4 cup of cooking oil in a pan. Then, we will add the chopped onion and sauté it until it becomes translucent. After that, we will add the chicken strips and stir.

We will add pomegranate sauce, sumac, salt, all spice, olive oil, and a ladle of chicken stock. We will leave the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes.

We will roll the Musakhan bread with the chicken mixture.

We will brush the bread with 2 tbsp of olive oil.

We will send the bread to the oven for 30 minutes covered with foil. In the last few minutes, we will allow the top to brown.

We mix 150 grams sugar, butter, and salt, then whisk until we get a creamy consistency.

We add the eggs one by one.  We add the melted chocolate.

We bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until the knife comes out clean.

We wait for the mixture to cool, then we mix and strain it to get the sauce.

We will sauté one finely chopped onion in a pan, then add the minced meat and mix it well until it becomes fine. We will add salt and spices to taste.

We will sauté one finely chopped onion in another pan, then add crushed garlic and diced tomatoes. We will cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat. We will add salt and spices, then add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water, followed by oregano.

نقوم بقلي بصلة مفرومة صغيرة في مقلاة أخرى، ثم نضيف الثوم المفروم والطماطم المقطعة. نغطّي الوعاء ونتركه ينضج على نار هادئة. سنضيف الملح والتوابل، ثم نضيف صلصة الطماطم مع معجون الطماطم والماء وأخيرًا الأوريجانو.

To prepare the béchamel sauce, we will melt butter in a pan over low heat. We will add flour and whisk it quickly. Then, we will gradually add the milk while whisking. If the mixture is too thick, we will add more milk, and if it is too runny, we will add flour. We will add salt and nutmeg.

لتحضير البشاميل، نقوم بذوبان الزبدة في مقلاة على نار هادئة. نضيف الطحين ونخفقه بسرعة. ثم نضيف الحليب تدريجيًا أثناء الخفق. إذا كان الخليط كثيفًا، سنضيف حليبًا إضافيًا، وإذا كان سائلًا، سنضيف طحينًا. سنضيف الملح وجوزة الطيب.

We will assemble the lasagna by layering lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Then, we will add a layer of meat, followed by a layer of tomato sauce, and then a layer of béchamel. We will sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the layers.

نقوم بتجميع اللازانيا بوضع طبقة من شرائح اللازانيا في صينية الخبز. ثم نضع فوقها طبقة من اللحم، ثم طبقة من صلصة الطماطم، ثم طبقة من البشاميل. نرش الجبنة الموزاريلا المبشورة فوق الطبقات.

We will sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Then, we will bake the lasagna in the oven for 30-40 minutes, and leave it for 5-7 minutes to brown the top.

We clean and devein the shrimp, then marinate with the juice of 1/2 lemon, garlic, salt, and paprika. We leave it in the fridge overnight.

In the same skillet, we melt 2 tbsp butter and add 6 crushed garlic cloves.

We add the cream, lemon juice, chopped parsley, and lemon zest.

We drop the tagliatelle into the sauce and mix well.

We serve the dish in each plate with shrimp on top. We sprinkle Parmesan and chili flakes.

We boil Pasta Farfalle in salted water according to the instructions on the pack.

نسلق معكرونة الفارفالي في ماء مملح حسب التعليمات على العبوة.

We leave the pasta to cool. Just before serving, we splash with room temperature water and drain so the pasta doesn’t stick.

نترك المعكرونة لتبرد جانبًا. قبل التقديم، نصفيها بماء بحرارة الغرفة حتى لا تلتصق.

We chop 2 bunches of spinach. We slice the pack of cherry tomatoes in half.

We slice the red onion thinly. We add mozzarella cheese or feta cheese.

For the dressing, we mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt together.  We mix the pasta with the vegetables and dressing well.
