    Boil the orzo

    Wash the spinach thoroughly

    Cut the vegetables into small cubes

    Cut the feta cheese into small cubes

    To prepare the dressing, combine the olive oil, thyme and lemon juice and stir well.

    In a bowl, mix all the previous ingredients, then add the Dressing and stir well until the ingredients are well combined.

    Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
