- 100Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 0.5PacketPop corn
- 1PinchSalt

Add sugar to a large pot over medium heat.

Let it melt without touching until almost all the sugar is caramelized.

Stir gently and add butter.

When the butter has melted, add vanilla and baking soda.

Turn off the heat and stir well

Add the popcorn.

Add salt if you want salted caramel popcorn.

Mix everything well by bringing the caramel from the bottom and covering the popcorn from above.

When you've covered almost all the popcorn, transfer it to a baking sheet.
