- 0.5CupChocolate Chips
- 100CupChocolate
- 3CupWhipping cream

Place the eggs in a deep bowl.

Add the vanilla and sugar, then whisk well until the mixture becomes pale and liquid.

Add the melted but cooled butter and whisk until combined.

Add the milk and stir until the mixture is well blended.

Sift the flour over the mixture, then sift in the cocoa powder, baking powder, and instant coffee.

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until you obtain a smooth batter.

Add the chocolate chips and gently fold them into the batter.

Cover the batter and let it rest for ten minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and leave it for one minute until the top surface dries.
