Steps

    First, drain the soaked chickpeas and blend them with the onion, garlic, cilantro, and parsley. Gradually add water to help grind the mixture.

    Once the mixture is smooth, drain it well to remove any excess liquid

    Add the spices (salt, pepper, cumin, dried cilantro, paprika, mixed spices) to the mixture

    If frying falafel balls, add the baking soda. If making sandwiches, the baking soda is optional.

    Fry or grill the falafel in olive oil until golden brown.

    We place the mixture on the tortilla bread and brown it in the pan as shown in the video.

    We add the salad, pickles, and mixed vegetables, and the sandwich is ready to serve.
