Steps

    We boil Pasta Farfalle in salted water according to the instructions on the pack.

    We leave the pasta to cool. Just before serving, we splash with room temperature water and drain so the pasta doesn’t stick.

    We chop 2 bunches of spinach. We slice the pack of cherry tomatoes in half.

    We slice the red onion thinly. We add mozzarella cheese or feta cheese.

  5. 5

    For the dressing, we mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and salt together. We mix the pasta with the vegetables and dressing well.
