Ingredients

  • 170CupAlmond flour
  • 150Grams (g) Dark chocolate
  • 125Grams (g) Butter
  • 3Psc.eggs
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 300Grams (g) Ripe raspberries
  • 200CupSugar
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 3Psc.Lemon zest

Steps

    We mix 150 grams sugar, butter, and salt, then whisk until we get a creamy consistency.

    We add the eggs one by one. We add the melted chocolate.

    Finally, we add the almond flour.

    We pour the mixture into a rectangular pan lined with baking paper.

    We place a few raspberries on top before putting it in the oven.

    We bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour until the knife comes out clean.

    We cook the raspberries with 3 tbsp sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a pan for 8 minutes.

    We wait for the mixture to cool, then we mix and strain it to get the sauce.

    We don’t push down the raspberry seeds while straining as they release bitterness.

    We serve the brownie with powdered sugar and sauce.
