  • 1Grams (g) Fennel
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 5Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mustard seed
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Chinese Cubeb
  • 0.5PinchNutmeg
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Clove
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Dried parsley

Steps

    Place the coriander, fennel, cumin, black pepper, and cardamom in a pan over heat.

    Stir and roast the spices for about 2 minutes until their aroma is released.

    Transfer the roasted spices to a spice grinder along with the mustard seeds.

    Grind the mixture well until fine.

    Add the nutmeg, turmeric, garlic powder, paprika, cubeb, cloves, and dried parsley.

    Grind all the ingredients together again until well combined

    Pour the spice mix into an airtight jar for storage.
