Ingredients

- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)All-purpose flour

Steps

Place 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and yeast in the mixer.

Gradually add the water to the ingredients and mix well, then add the oil and vinegar.

Gradually add the remaining flour on low speed until the dough is formed and reaches the consistency shown in the video.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover and let it rise for 20 minutes

Cut the dough into small pieces and roll it out with a rolling pin.

We use the lid or any mold to make the shape of the circle as shown in the video

Use a fork to make small holes in each piece.

Place the pizza on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let it rest for 5 minutes

Bake the pizzas in an oven preheated to 180°C for 5-6 minutes.

Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly for 5 minutes.

Place the pizzas in the freezer until frozen and then store them in bags for later use.
