Steps

    First, marinate the chicken by placing the chicken breasts in a bowl and adding the spices: coriander, cumin, salt, paprika, black pepper, crushed garlic, the juice of half a lemon, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Then, fry the chicken in vegetable oil until cooked through and cut it as shown in the video.

    To prepare the rice, start with soaking the rice for 40 minutes. Sauté the chopped onion in butter, then add the rice. Next, pour in the hot water mixed with a chicken bouillon cube, and add salt and spices. Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat. Once the water has evaporated, add the saffron and continue cooking on low heat until fully cooked.

    To make the garlic sauce, you'll need yogurt, a spoonful of milk, 6 cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, the juice of half a lemon, and salt. Mix all the ingredients well until combined.

    For the salad, you will need a bunch of parsley, sliced radishes, salt, and sumac.
