### Preparing the Vegetables Cut the onion into long slices, as well as the hot pepper, colored bell peppers, garlic, and the non-spicy horn pepper.

### Sautéing the Vegetables In a skillet, add olive oil and then add the vegetables, excluding the garlic. Add a little salt to help the vegetables wilt.

### Adding the Garlic Once the vegetables have wilted, add the chopped garlic and continue stirring.

### Cooking the Liver Add the liver and hearts to the skillet. Be careful not to stir the liver too much to prevent it from breaking apart.

### Seasoning the Ingredients Add cumin, black pepper, and dried coriander to the skillet.

### Serving The liver dish can be served with a loaf of bread. It's also recommended to drizzle lemon juice over it.
