Orange Almond Cake

- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda

- 1CupAlmond flour
- 0.5CupAlmonds
- 1CupPowdered sugar

Beat the butter with sugar using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each addition until the batter is creamy and cohesive.

Add the orange juice and orange zest and mix thoroughly until combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly distributed.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, gently folding with a wooden spoon or spatula until fully combined without overmixing.

Pour the batter into a cake pan greased with butter and dusted with flour or lined with parchment paper.
