Steps

    We wash the green tomatoes thoroughly.

    We cut each tomato into four equal quarters.

    We place the cut tomatoes inside a sterilized glass jar.

    In a separate bowl, we add coarse salt to the water and stir well until fully dissolved.

    We pour the salted water over the tomatoes in the jar until they are completely covered.

    We place a weight or any clean object on top of the tomatoes to keep them submerged in the brine.

    We close the jar tightly.

    We leave the jar at room temperature for 10 full days until the pickling process is complete.

    After this period, the pickled tomatoes are ready to be served.
