- 1CupExtra Fine Semolina
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Animal Ghee
- 0.5Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
- 0.5CupMilk powder
- 0.25CupPowdered sugar
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mahleb
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Ground mastic
- 1CupSugar
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
- 0.25Grams (g) Instant yeast

Add fine semolina and extra-fine semolina to a large bowl.

Add the ghee and melted butter to the semolina mixture

After adding the fatty substances to the semolina, knead well, then cover the dough with nylon and leave it for 24 hours.

During this time, knead the dough once every 5 hours.

After 24 hours, add the powdered milk and powdered sugar, and mix well.

Add the mahlab, ground mastic, and sugar

Add the yeast to the first cup of blossom water and mix well. Then add the second cup gradually until we get the desired dough consistency as shown in the video.

We shape the fillings into small balls.

Stuff the maamoul as shown in the video.

Coat the maamoul with fine semolina. Then place it in the forming mold.

Bake the maamoul in a preheated oven on top and bottom for 12 minutes or until browned.
