Steps

    We cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package, adding salt and oil to the water.

    We leave the pot uncovered so the pasta does not stick, then drain the pasta.

    In a hot pan, we heat the ghee and add the chopped onions and ground meat, seasoning with salt and black pepper.

    To make the white sauce, we mix the yogurt with salt, cumin, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, and olive oil very well.
