Boil the chicken in boiling water until fully cooked, then drain it and cut it as shown in the video.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat, then add the sliced onion and sauté until it wilts.

Add the boiled chicken to the onions and stir over high heat for 15 minutes.

Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and sumac, then mix well to combine flavors.

Roll out the sambousek dough, place an appropriate amount of filling inside, and roll it into a log shape.

Seal the edges using a mixture of flour and water, then arrange the rolls in containers and freeze them

To prepare, arrange the frozen rolls in an oven tray or air fryer, brush with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until browned.
