To prepare the cake, mix vegetable oil, powdered milk, water, cocoa, and sugar in a large bowl until the ingredients are well combined. Transfer the mixture to a pot over heat and stir continuously until it reaches a gentle boil. After that, remove the mixture from the heat and add the crushed biscuits, stirring until the biscuits are well incorporated. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and optionally top with a layer of your favorite biscuits, then refrigerate until it sets.

To prepare the mocha, mix the liquid milk, cocoa, caramel cream, sugar, and cornstarch in a pot over heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the cream, stirring until it completely melts. You can add pieces of raw chocolate as desired and mix them with the mocha. Then, pour the mocha mixture over the set cake and return it to the refrigerator until it cools and sets.

Before serving, you can garnish the top with grated chocolate or cocoa, then serve the cake cold to enjoy it.
