Ingredients

Steps

    We wash the potatoes well and boil them until partially cooked (about 10–12 minutes).

    We drain the potatoes and arrange them on a baking tray.

    We press each potato gently using a cup or flat tool to slightly flatten them without breaking.

    We season the potatoes with paprika, salt, and pepper, and drizzle them with olive oil.

    We bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200–220°C (392–428°F) for 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Meanwhile, we prepare the sauce: In a bowl, we mix the sour cream, labneh, red onion, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

    We spread the sauce onto a serving plate.

    We place the hot crispy potatoes on top of the cold sauce and serve immediately.
