We mix all the ingredients well for five minutes (4 cups flour, 1 tablespoon dry yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, half a cup of oil, 1.5 cups warm water, a pinch of salt).

We leave the dough to rest until it doubles in size (from one hour to an hour and a half, depending on room temperature)

We divide the dough into small pieces, form them into balls, and leave them to rest for 15 minutes.

We roll each piece into a circle and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

In a food processor, we chop the vegetables and add them to the minced meat (1 kg minced lamb, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 red bell pepper, half a bunch of parsley).

We add the spices and tomato paste (2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, salt, and pepper) and mix them well.

After we roll out the dough and place it on the baking tray, we spread the filling over the dough.

We preheat the oven to 200-220°C and bake for 20 minutes (depending on the oven), though it may need more or less time.
