We put a cup of coarse semolina, a cup of sugar, and water in the pot.

We stir it cold first, then place it on the stove and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

We add rose water after it thickens.

In a Pyrex tray, we place half of the mixture, add food coloring to the other half, and layer it over the first half as shown in the video.

We decorate it with coconut (optional), then place it in the fridge for an hour.

We pour the syrup over it after it comes out of the fridge.
