Ingredients

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder

- 0.5CupBrown flour
- 0.5CupMilk powder
- 2CupMilk
- 1CupThick cream
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Rose water and saffron infusion
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 15Psc.eggs

In a pot on the stove, we caramelize the sugar until we reach the color shown in the video.

We add butter, cardamom, saffron, and a pinch of salt, and sauté

We add the cream and stir until well combined.

We add the hot milk and set it aside to cook gently.

In a new pot, we add the whole wheat flour, white flour, and powdered milk, and sauté.

We sauté until it reaches the desired color, then remove it from the heat, sift, and return it to the same pot. We add a block of butter and sauté again.

Once the butter has melted, we add the milk prepared earlier and stir.

If the mixture becomes too thick, we can thin it with a little milk.

We continue cooking the mixture and, when we reach the desired consistency, we add the rose water and saffron mixture, and stir.

Once the liquids have evaporated completely, we add a pinch of cardamom and stir the pot twice. We cover it and let it cook on low heat.

For the filling: We add the ghee, salt, black pepper, cardamom, and saffron, and sauté.

Once their aroma rises, we add the eggs and sauté until they crumble and dry completely
