    Beat 1 cup of butter with ¾ cup of sugar and vanilla until well combined.

    Gradually add 3 eggs, one at a time, while continuing to mix.

    Mix 3 cups of flour with 1 tablespoon of baking powder, then slowly incorporate it into the dough.

    Divide the dough into three parts: freeze one-third for 10 minutes to make it easier to grate, and spread the remaining two-thirds in a baking pan (25x25 cm or 28x24 cm).

    Spread a layer of strawberry jam over the dough and prick it with a fork to prevent it from puffing up

    Grate the frozen dough over the jam layer.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes (bottom heat only), then brown the top for the last 5 minutes.
