We place the pumpkin seeds in a bowl.

We add the sunflower seeds to the bowl.

We add the chia seeds to the bowl.

We add the flaxseeds to the bowl.

We add the sesame seeds, nigella seeds, and salt to the bowl.

We pour the hot water into the seed mixture.

We mix the ingredients well and leave them for 15 minutes until they absorb the water.

We spread the mixture on parchment paper in a baking tray.
