  • 0.5CupPowdered sugar
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
  • 2CupMilk powder
  • 0.5CupMilk
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Nescafè
  • 0.25CupCorn oil
  • 100Grams (g) Roasted Hazelnut
  • 2CupOil
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Sweetened Cocoa
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Place 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, and 2 tbsp milk powder in a bowl.

    Add 1/2 cup milk and 1 packet hazelnut Nescafé.

    Blend well using a blender or hand blender until smooth.

    Gradually pour in the oil while blending until the texture thickens.

    Pour into a jar and store in the fridge.

    For the second version, heat the roasted hazelnuts in the microwave for 5 minutes.

    Grind hazelnuts in a grinder until slightly coarse.

    Add 2 tbsp oil and continue grinding until creamy.

    Transfer the creamy hazelnut mixture to another bowl and add powdered sugar, cocoa, sweetened cocoa, milk powder, and salt.

    Blend everything well with the hand blender.

    Gradually add oil while blending until creamy.

    Pour into a clean jar and refrigerate overnight.
