  • 1PinchThyme
  • 1Kilograms (kg)Sweet potato
  • 1BunchArugula
  • 1Psc.Avocado
  • 1Psc.Green Apple
  • 1Psc.Red onion
  • 1CupFeta cheese
  • 1CupNuts

Steps

    Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and place them in an oven tray, adding olive oil and salt

    Roast the sweet potato in the oven for 20 minutes until golden and tender.

    Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, honey, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and thyme well.

    Chop all the salad ingredients as shown in the video

    In a bowl, mix the arugula with avocado, green apple, and red onion.
