  • 0.5Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1CupPasta cooking water
  • 1BunchBasil

Steps

    Boil the pasta in hot water with olive oil, salt, and herbs until cooked, then drain and keep some of the pasta water.

    In a pan, sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil and butter until softened.

    Add the tomato paste and crushed pepper, then stir well.

    Pour in the ready-made tomato sauce, chicken bouillon cube, Italian herbs, and garlic powder, then let the mixture simmer for a bit.

    Add the cooking cream and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until well combined.

    Add the cooked pasta along with a little pasta water, and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
