Steps

    Cut the red cabbage in half, wash it thoroughly, and pat it dry.

    Slice the cabbage into small pieces using a cutter, or finely chop it with a knife.

    Prepare a sterilized jar and place the chopped cabbage inside.

    To prepare the pickling solution, add apple cider vinegar, water, salt, and lemon salt.

    Dissolve the ingredients well using a hand whisk or spoon.

    Pour the solution over the cabbage in the jar, making sure it covers it completely.

    Seal the jar tightly.

    Leave the jar on the counter overnight (about 12 hours).

    After overnight, the pickles are ready to serve.
