Ingredients

- 8SlicesToast
- 4Psc.eggs
- 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1CupSugar
- 0.25Cupwater

Cut the toast into pieces and place in a bowl.

Add hot milk and sweetened condensed milk to the bowl. Mix using a blender or hand mixer.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with vanilla or cinnamon.

Add the egg mixture to the toast mixture and mix well.

Prepare the caramel by heating sugar and water in a saucepan until it turns golden brown.

Pour the caramel into the bottom of a baking dish and let it cool slightly.

Pour the toast mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.

Bake the dish in a water bath in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 1.5 hours.

Once baked, refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
