Ingredients

- 2Grams (g) Thyme leaves
- 1CupNabulsi cheese

Mix 2 cups of warm milk with 1 tablespoon of yeast, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 cups of flour. Let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes.

Add half a cup of olive oil and gradually add 2.5 cups of flour until a soft dough forms that sticks slightly to the hands, which is the secret to its deliciousness. Let it rise for an hour.

After the first rise, add the fresh thyme leaves (according to your preference, 2 cups or less) to the dough and knead it gently.

Let the dough rest for an additional 30-60 minutes.

Cut the dough into circles, then fill them with Nabulsi cheese, adding black seed and a drizzle of olive oil.

Brush the tops of the pastries with a little olive oil.
