Steps

    Mix the eggs with the vanilla well in a large bowl until combined.

    Add the mashed banana and the mashed or grated apples (or applesauce) and mix until smooth.

    Add the ground oats, nuts, raisins, dried apricots, grated carrot, and cinnamon, then mix well.

    Add the water and mix until a homogeneous batter forms.

    Pour the batter into molds lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20–25 minutes, until the cake is cooked through and golden in color.
