Turkish Doner Kebab

- 0.25Kilograms (kg)Minced Lamb Meat
- 2CupYogurt
- 2Psc.Lemon juice
- 1Psc.Onion
- 0.5PinchSalt
- 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 0.5PinchGinger powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
- 1Cupwater
- 3Psc.Tomato
- 3Psc.Green pepper
- 25Grams (g) Butter

We place the veal and lamb into the food processor

We add the onion, yogurt, lemon juice, spices, and salt.

We process the mixture until smooth and well combined.

We spread a portion of the meat mixture over parchment paper using a rolling pin.

We roll the meat tightly into a log.

We place the meat roll in a baking tray along with sliced tomatoes and green peppers.

We bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30–40 minutes.

We remove the parchment paper and place the meat under the broiler for 10 minutes to brown.

Prepare the red sauce by mixing half a stick of butter, tomato paste, a pinch of salt, black pepper, paprika, and water over heat until smooth.

We spread the red sauce inside the bread.

We add sliced döner meat into the bread.
