Ingredients

  • 1PinchItalian seasoning

  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pizza sauce
  • 1Psc.Onion
  • 1Psc.Dried tomatoes
  • 1CupBasturma
  • 1Psc.Green pepper
  • 1CupJalapeño
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Strained Yogurt

Steps

    Mix the oat flour with water, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning until a dough forms

    Roll out the dough on parchment paper or a clean surface using a rolling pin or your hands.

    Grease a microwave-safe plate with olive oil, place the dough on it, and prick it with a fork.

    Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, then add onions, sun-dried tomatoes, pastrami, green pepper, and jalapeños.

    Add a spoon of labneh on top.

    Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes, or bake in the oven, or cook in a covered pan on the stovetop until done.
