Ingredients

  • 1CupMilk
  • 0.75CupFine semolina
  • 0.25CupSugar
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mastic
  • 2CupThick cream
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water

Steps

    Put the liquid milk in a saucepan

    Add the fine semolina, sugar and ground mastic with a pinch of sugar and stir the ingredients well while they are cold.

    Stir the ingredients over medium heat until the consistency is thick and smooth.

    Add the blossom water and stir well, then pour into a serving dish and allow to cool slightly

    Refrigerate until completely cooled and firm.

    After it has cooled, add a layer of Thick cream or cream on top of the dessert.

    Garnish with chopped pistachios.
